By using TimeDateLab (the “site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The Privacy Policy explains how the site handles data and forms part of these terms.
Using the site
You may use the calculators for any lawful personal or commercial purpose. Please do not:
- Use the site for anything unlawful.
- Try to disrupt or overload the site, or gain unauthorized access to it or its hosting.
- Send automated requests at a volume a person could not reasonably produce, or scrape the site in a way that slows it down for others.
- Present copies of the site or its content as your own, or reuse them in a misleading way.
We may limit or suspend access for anyone who does.
About calculation results
Each calculator follows the rules described on its page and in the Calculation Methodology, and we work to keep them correct. Even so, results are provided for general reference only. They depend on what you enter, and they apply the stated rules; for example, they do not adjust for time zones, daylight-saving changes or public holidays.
TimeDateLab is not a payroll, legal, accounting or HR service. An overtime figure is arithmetic against the threshold you choose, not a statement of what any law or employer requires. Before using a result for pay, billing, legal deadlines, contracts or other decisions that matter, please check it independently or with a qualified professional.
Disclaimer
TimeDateLab is provided free of charge, and the results of every calculator are for reference only. We do our best to keep the calculators accurate, but we cannot take responsibility for the decisions you make using these results or for their consequences. Where pay, timekeeping, billing, legal deadlines or contracts are involved, please verify the results yourself and make your own judgment.
Intellectual property
The site's design, text, code and name belong to TimeDateLab. You are welcome to link to any page and to share results you calculate. The times, dates and results you work with are yours; we claim no rights in them.
Ads and links to other sites
The site shows third-party ads and links to other websites. Those are run by others under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content. An ad appearing on TimeDateLab is not an endorsement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a provision does not waive it.
